Dominion Valuers Limited is a Kenyan firm that provides comprehensive real estate advisory, consulting and valuation services to a diversified clientele comprising mainly of financial institutions, corporations, insurance companies, non-profit organizations, educational institutions, and individuals amongst others.
Dominion Valuers Limited was formed in 2006, with the key intention of effectively lending towards growth and development in the real estate and related industries by offering pragmatic and pertinent solutions to our clientele's needs within the arena of real estate market.
Currently, the firm has three directors.
Felix Otieno Onyango - B.A Land Econ (Hons) M.I.S.K, R.V, R.E.A
Felix has over 10 years experience in the real estate industry gained through employment and private practice.
He is a registered and practising valuer, and a full member of The Institution of Surveyors of Kenya (I.S.K). He is also a registered and practising estate agent.
He served as a member of The Rapid Results Initiative of The Ministry of Trade under The Business Premises Rent Tribunal in 2007.
He has handled diverse valuation assignments for a wide array of clientele covering asset valuations, plant and machinery, petrol service stations, hotels and catering establishments, industrial properties, motor vehicles, furniture and equipment amongst others.
He also has experience in property management of commercial, residential and industrial property.
Consolata Aluoch Hongo - B.A Land Econ (Hons) M.I.S.K, R.V, R.E.A.
Consolata has over 14 years experience in the real estate industry. She is a registered and practising valuer, and a full member of the Institution of Surveyors of Kenya (I.S.K). She is also a registered and practising estate agent.
She has handled a diverse array of valuation assignments for various concerns for purposes ranging from mortgage to foreclosure, to book/accounting, insurance and probate, to name but a few.
Josephine Wanjiru Osodo - B.A Land Econ (Hons.) M.I.S.K, R.V, R.E.A
Josephine has over 17 years experience in the real estate arena. She is a registered and practising valuer and a full member of the Institution of Surveyors of Kenya (I.S.K). She is also a registered and practising estate agent.
She brings to the practice a broad knowledge of the dynamics within the real estate market and particularly within the arena of real estate appraisal. Her vast experience lends effectively to the firm's drive to offer tailor-made and pragmatic solutions to our clientele's needs and demands within the real estate market. |
